Jesslyn is a superannuation and insurance lawyer at Berrill and Watson Lawyers in our Melbourne office. She works mainly on TPD, trauma, income protection, life and general insurance claims and helps people with disputes with their superannuation funds and insurers.
Prior to starting at Berrill and Watson Lawyers, Jesslyn was a personal injury lawyer. She had a busy practice that included common law and statutory claims, primarily in the TAC scheme, as well as the WorkCover scheme and public liability claims.
Before she became a personal injury lawyer, Jesslyn worked for several years as a paralegal in the superannuation and insurance department of a large plaintiff law firm. Her entire legal career has been acting for the injured person and never for the insurance company.
Jesslyn has experience litigating in the County and Supreme Courts, as well as the Review and Regulation List at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
