Madison manages our Pre-Claims team.
With many years of customer service and administration management experience and since starting with Berrill & Watson in 2019, Madison has proven to be a dedicated customer service operator. She prides herself on going the extra mile in determining an individual’s full entitlements within insurance/superannuation and can also assist with queries in relation to the Disability Support Pension, NDIS and matters regarding general insurance.
Madison also assists in managing the Berrill & Watson initiative with prisons in Victoria & NSW.
In her spare time, Madison volunteers at her local community football club and doesn’t miss a moment to watch her beloved Hawks in action!
